Install the Word Add-in Directly from LegalOn

Install the LegalOn Word add-in for desktop in one click.

You can now install the LegalOn Word add-in for desktop directly from the LegalOn web app.

Before: Installing the add-in meant leaving LegalOn, finding it in the Office Store, and installing it there.

Now: Click Install Word Add-in for desktop from your Home page, under Review Contracts, or from the Review dropdown on the Preview page. The add-in installs immediately.

How it works

  1. Go to your Home page or open a contract's Preview page.

  2. Find Install Word add-in for desktop: Home > Review Contracts; Preview > Review dropdown. Click it.

  3. Word launches, and Microsoft will ask you to confirm you trust the add-in. Click Allow and Continue.

  4. The LegalOn icon appears on the Home tab ribbon, ready to use.

Note: This adds a new way to install the add-in. Nothing about how you already use LegalOn or Word changes.
